Cows are cute things, and I love them for the tasty cow-juice they deliver on a daily basis. I sometimes love them for their red-meat goodness. But, let’s face it, in the long run, cows are very bad for the earth.
Well, in small numbers, not so much, but us lovers of milk and nommers of burgers have driven things to the point where cow (some others, mostly cows) farts are contributing something like 22% of the methane in our atmosphere.
That’s a bad, bad thing folks.
The good news is that some of the world (and I’m not talking about America) is doing what they can to reduce the unfabulous flatulence of our bovine buddies.
And the way Argentines are doing it? Portable
dutch ovens cow-fart catchers.
